Dr. Robert Schwarzberg is the president and chief executive officer of Sensei Inc., a leader in mHealth, health solutions delivered on mobile devices. Regarded for nearly 20 years as an expert in disease management and telemedicine, Dr. Schwarzberg has served with Sensei since helping found the company in 2005. He also helped forge its strategic mission: to empower consumers to use technology that helps them make healthy lifestyle changes. Today at Sensei, Dr. Schwarzberg is working to realize this vision with a professional team that brings experience in behavior psychology, nutrition, software development and mobile technology.

Tim Dion

Timothy J. Dion

CIO, Sensei, Inc.

Timothy J. Dion is the chief information officer for Sensei Inc., a leader in mHealth, health solutions delivered on mobile devices. With extensive managerial and technical experience, Dion is responsible for operations, technology implementation and infrastructure for the company. Prior to joining Sensei, Dion was the director of enterprise architecture for Biogen Idec Inc, a $2.5 billion global biotechnology leader with products and capabilities in oncology, neurology and immunology. While at Biogen Idec, Dion led efforts centered on enterprise architecture and the technology strategy for the global organization.

Pat Cua

EVP Sales & Marketing, Sensei, Inc.

Patrick Cua is executive vice president of sales & marketing for Sensei, Inc., a leader in mHealth, health solutions delivered on mobile devices.  Cua has over 24 years of Sales, Corporate Executive and Business Development experience in the Healthcare Industry. He is a seasoned executive with large public company experience as well as small private company experience.  Cua’s healthcare industry experience began with C.R. Bard, a multi-billion dollar medical device company, where he held various positions during his eight year tenure, including the leadership of a sales team focused on the angioplasty market for hospitals and physician groups.  Cua then joined Cardiac Alliance, a venture capital start up in the fledgling Disease Management and Wellness industry. Within the first year at Cardiac Alliance Cua spearheaded the merger with Ralin Medical in what would ultimately become CorSolutions.  

As a key member of the Executive Team, Cua built and lead Sales Teams calling on Managed Care and The Fortune 1000, drove strategic acquisitions and lead or played a key role in mergers. Fifteen years, hundreds of organic sales, and several acquisitions later, including Matria Healthcare acquiring CorSolutions and Inverness Medical acquiring Matria Healthcare, the resulting company is a $500M division of Inverness Medical (IMA) a multibillion dollar Healthcare services and device company. During his fifteen plus years at these companies Cua held various positions that included General Manager Operations, Executive Vice President of Sales as well as Executive Vice President of Strategic Acquisitions.  Cua joined Sensei in 2010 bringing his vast expertise and vision.

Renee Melton

VP Wellness & Health Promotion

Renee Melton is vice president, wellness and health promotion for Sensei, Inc., a leader in mHealth, health solutions delivered on mobile devices.  Melton joined Sensei shortly after its inception bringing extensive experience in program development and management and has been integral to the development of core applications and design of Sensei products.  She lends her expertise and oversight to the creation and development of all clinical and wellness programs.  Prior to joining Sensei, Melton held various senior positions in health care & disease prevention.  Through these she led the development of wellness programs, supervised research and managed executive healthcare counseling.  As Undergraduate Nutrition Coordinator for the State University of New York at Buffalo, Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, she developed and taught web-based courses, taught counseling techniques and consulted in childhood obesity research.  With over 20 years experience, she has advanced education and training in counseling, behavior modification, disease prevention, weight management and has held lead roles in several large federally funded research studies (e.g. Women’s Health Initiative, Polyp Prevention Trial).
